As with changed work schedules and telecommuting in recent months, returning to work can be a challenge for companies and workers. The process therefore requires slower, more gradual and more conscious steps, where, in addition to health-preserving measures, attention must also be paid to a positive vision and mental support, K&H calls attention.

“After the last 8 weeks, a significant proportion of employees may gradually return to work. However, this can be stressful for workers again, so it’s worth consciously preparing for the recovery as well. Therefore, when returning, we must pay attention not only to thorough disinfection and the creation of a safe working environment, but also to the load that may occur due to the stress caused by the new change” – Végh József, HR Director of K&H emphasized.
