Getting back to work after a virus outbreak can be harder
“After the last 8 weeks, a significant proportion of employees may gradually return to work. However, this can be stressful for workers again, so it’s worth consciously preparing for the recovery as well. Therefore, when returning, we must pay attention not only to thorough disinfection and the creation of a safe working environment, but also to the load that may occur due to the stress caused by the new change” – Végh József, HR Director of K&H emphasized.
