Cerberus bought 42 Metro stores for one billion euros
The acquisition under which the U.S. investor the Cerberus Capital Management (Cerberus) bought 42 Metro Cash & Carry stores for one billion euros, as well as 3 additional properties in Germany, has ended.
The transaction contains 42 Metro Cash & Carry stores, as well as 3 additional properties, that covers a total of 900,000 square meters of business area in the most important cities of Germany. This is onre of the largest acquisition in Germany since 2007 – reports portfolio.hu, after PropertyEU.
