The company helps all of its employees with the increased utility bills
“In recent years and this year as well, we implemented inflation-proof wage increases. In view of the extraordinary situation, we have decided to support all our employees even in the rising overhead costs. In addition to the one-off payment – which all our colleagues receive – we will also create a support fund. This serves the purpose of providing additional financial support to our employees who are in a difficult life situation. The company allocated a total of HUF 250 million for subsidies”
– declared Rossmann’s executives, László Flórián and Kornél Németh.
Even during the pandemic, the drugstore chain did everything possible to make its employees feel safe. It is extremely important for the company management to provide a stable social network for its employees in all life situations, which is also proven by the current payment.
