Four Hungarian wines received gold medals at the Monde Selection
Thirteen Hungarian wines received medals, including four gold at this year’s Monde Selection International Wine Competition. Among the domestic wine makers, the Szekszárdi wines competed the best.
According to the website of Monde Selection; four Hungarian wines received gold medals: Imrehegyi Béla Winery’s 2009 Imrehegy Nectar sweet wine, the Szekszárd-based Bodri Cellar’s 2008 Cabernet Franc, the Szekszárd-based Fritz Winery’s 2008 vintage pinot noir, and Mészáros Winery’s 2007 Cabernet Franc also from Szekszárd – reports vallalkozoinegyed.hu.
