With a few glaring cases, the winter seasonal food chain controls ended with positive experiences in 2015.
During the winter seasonal food chain control carried out in December 2015, the staff of Nébih carried out 4997 tests and withdrew 8.4 tons of products from circulation, warned the traders 83 times and imposed a total of 21.7 million HUF fines in 185 cases – the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) told MTI on Thursday.
