Nébih: quality and labeling problems have also been found at cheese products
The National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) has tested 31 cream cheese products in its latest Supermenta product test, and 20 cases have been subject to regulatory action due to quality and labeling problems – the agency told MTI on Thursday.
The complex inspection, which included laboratory tests, included cheese cream, cream cheese, sandwich cream and fresh cheese, of which 17 were domestic and 14 were foreign-made.
Laboratory tests focused on checking safety parameters.
