The Nébih has started the summer seasonal food chain check
Summer Seasonal Food Chain Check has begun: Between July 1 and August 31, the National Food Chain Safety Agency (Nébih) and the regional food chain supervisors specialists focus on food distribution and hospitality related to summer events and tourism-related places – the Nébih told MTI on Monday.
The target areas of the inspections co-ordinated by Nébih are in the areas of seasonal and tourism-frequented places, beaches, commercial and catering establishments, mass caterers, festivals, fairs, catering for youth and children’s camps, ice cream production and distribution, Street catering, buffets and moving hosts.
