NÉBIH: fast-food fried potatoes have passed the test
The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) checked the conditions of making French fries in shops of four fast-food chains.
According to the information provided by the NÉBIH, the inspectors of the National Food Chain Safety Office carried out site visits at four fast-food restaurants at the same time.
The experts examined the used raw materials, the compliance with hygiene standards and food safety standards, the technology and the management of the finished product. (MTI)
