Nébih: contaminated Romanian sheep cheese has not arrived to Hungary
Contaminated Romanian sheep cheese has not transported to Hungary, on which a European food safety alert was issued on Friday – the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) told MTI.
According to the alarm issued by the European Commission, there is a risk that the Romanian sheep cheese traded on the Italian, German, French and Romanian markets is infected with E. coli bacteria. The Romanian veterinary authorities ordered the withdrawal of 20 tons of Arges county Brad milk products from the Romanian market. (MTI)
