Nébih: to regain the bird flu-free status favors exports
It is favorable for the export of poultry and poultry products that Hungary has regained the classification free of avian influenza according to the regulations of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) – according to the information published on the website of the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) published on Wednesday.
It was emphasized that the minimum conditions for disease control remain in place, ie poultry should continue to be fed and watered indoors and feed should be stored indoors to reduce the risk of infection from wild birds. (MTI)
