Nébih: Five of six curd products have already been awarded the gold grade of the High Quality Food Mark
Manufacturers and distributors of six products competed for the gold grade of the High Quality Food Mark (KÉÉ) among curd products; five have already been certified, one is still in the process, the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) told MTI.
Manufacturers and distributors could only apply for the trademark with the curds that were among the best in the product pattern coordinated by Nébih.
In the three-step examination of the product pattern, 9 out of 83 cottage cheese won the right to apply for the KMÉ gold grade trademark, and finally the owners of 6 brands took the opportunity. (MTI)
