Nébih: all pork bolognas have met the requirements
The National Food Safety Authority (Nébih) tested thirty kinds of pork bolognas, during its latest product test. All of the tested products met the criteria from a food safety point of view.
According to a notice published on Friday on the authority’s website, a quality problem only occured at one case. One Austrian bologna has significantly exceeded the prescribed value.
It was also examined whether the gluten-free, lactose-free, non-soy, milk-protein inscriptions on the packaging of the products were valid. Each of the products tested complied with it. (MTI)
