Nébih: the amount of food seized in the markets decreased
The amount of food seized at wholesale markets dropped significantly in recent years – Helik Ferenc, leader of the Board of Directors of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) told M1 news channel on Sunday.
The amount of food seized decreases each year: when the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) began monitoring the wholesale markets in 2012 60-100 tons of products had to be seized – he told and highlighted that the strict controls help the fair traders against those who use unfair trade practices.
