Nébih: Easter hams are safe, but marking errors have occurred
From the food safety point of view, the Easter hams inspected during the product test of the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) complied with the regulations, but minor quality and labeling defects also occurred this time – Nébih told MTI on Friday.
From the wide range available before Easter, Nébih inspected pork legs, cut or tied, smoked, raw products, this time 22 products from 19 manufacturers were added to the official basket, including 21 Hungarian and 1 Slovak products. (MTI)
