NÉBIH: report on the last months

Zsigó Róbert Minsiterof State responsible for food chain surveillance spoke at a press conference about the result of the food chain-sector control carried out by the National Food Chain Safety Office.

The purpose of the inspections was to eliminate poor-quality food products, to detect frauds, forgery, and fight against black market trade. The NÉBIH – in the spirit of the Strategy for Food Chain Safety – is working closely with its counterparts in the food sector to explore the emerging forgery, including in particularly the National Tax and Customs Office (NAV).
