Nébih: baking margarines met food safety considerations
Baking margarines are good from a food safety standpoint, but labeling deficiencies have been reported by the National Food Chain Safety Authority (Nébih) in this year’s closing test of the Supermenta program – Nébih told MTI.
According to Nébih’s announcement, the audit covered one of the key product groups for the festive preparations, baking and cooking margarine, with 20 products examined by professionals.
According to the test results, the margarines meet the lactose-free labeling and their fat content corresponds to the labeling. (MTI)
