Nébih: 45 million HUF fine in the spring inspections
Several hygienic but less quality problems were found by the specialists of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) during the spring seasonal checks than in previous years.
According to the communication of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih), Easter-related products were in the focus in March. 4800 inspections were carried out and more than 200 tonnes of products were withdrawn from circulation all over the country. In a total of 160 cases fined more than 45 million HUF fines were imposed – Nébih informed MTI on Thursday. (MTI)
