NAV: Forty thousand packs of untaxed cigarettes were found by financiers near Tákos
Forty thousand packs of untaxed cigarettes were found near Tákos in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County during a roadside inspection of a slow tractor, the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) informed MTI on Monday.

NAV seized cigarettes
The driver of the vehicle, noticing the check, turned across the road, then jumped out of the tractor and fled, they wrote.
Financial inspectors searched the tow truck left behind and found cardboard boxes hidden in black nylons under the straw bales, hiding forty thousand boxes of Ukrainian smuggled cigarettes.
The tax-free cigarette worth 77 million HUF and the vehicle were seized, NAV said. (MTI)
