Day-old chicks and hatching eggs were sent to Eritreia

Within the Southern opening 100 thousand day-old chicks and 30 thousand hatching eggs from Bábolna were sent to Asmara capital of Eritrea. The value of shipment exceeds 200 thousand euros – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade (KKM) told MTI.

The negotiation between the Eritrean Ministry of Agriculture and the Bábolna Tetra Kft. has started in December 2014, with the mediation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. The Hungarian delegation was also welcomed by Eritrea’s Agriculture Minister Arefaine Berhe. (MTI)
