Five energy drinks a day can be consumed safely
Authentic and uncompromising test results came to light in connection with energy drinks. The European Food Safety Authority conducted extensive studies with the participation of 66,531 people, on caffeine consumption and food safety.
The research of the European Food Safety Authority noted that “daily caffeine consumption not more than 400 mg does not raise safety concerns for the adult individuals of the general population”. So healthy adults can consume five energy drinks a day (5 x 80 mg) safely!
“We welcome that the results of the comprehensive study came into light and clarifies the effect of caffeine and energy drinks to everyone. The exact composition of energy drinks is indicated on the cans, so it is clear that 90 percent of the high-quality energy drinks is water, a significant portion of the remaining 10 percent is caffeine, sugar and essential vitamins. Hell Energy’s energy drinks are made of only tested materials, and in contrast to many other food products they do not contain preservatives.”- Pantl Péter, the director of marketing and communications at HELL told.
