NAK membership fee
The opinion of the Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) on NAK membership and the membership fee payment obligation it entails is legally well-grounded. According to Paragraph 11. (2) of the relevant law, unpaid chamber membership fee and registration fee qualify as public debt, which can be collected by the tax authorities just like taxes. You can read more about this matter on the NAK website. //
