NAK: the new water management regulations reduces the burden on farmers
The new water regulation, which raised the validity of the water management operating license for irrigation from the previous 5 years to 20 years, reduces the administrative and cost burden of licensing – the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) told MTI on Thursday.
The Communication noted that the NAK has been a contributor to the preparation of a government resolution on water management development proposals for irrigation.
The validity of the license depends on the long-term availability of the water resources and the regulations of the environmental and nature protection authority in the resolution. (MTI)
