Sebestyén Mihalik

Head bartender Sebestyén Mihalik is also the owner and he works as an ambassador for Diageo, plus he holds the same position at Artificer Hungary (a company specialising in craft and Hoshizaki ice).

The menu at Cooldown changes every 3-4 months.
