The economic downturn may be greater than previously expected
Minister of Finance Varga Mihály presented the government’s recent macroeconomic forecast at Friday’s HBLF conference – portfolio.hu, wrote.
According to them, this year the economic downturn could be 6-6.5% instead of the 5% expected so far, in line with what the head of the ministry has already said this week. On the other hand, it is new information that instead of the 4.8% GDP growth expected so far next year, the MINISTRY EXPECTES ONLY 3.5-4% ECONOMIC GROWTH. (portfolio.hu)
