AI or artificial intelligence can not be left out from the list: by now, each and every B2B firm uses AI on a daily basis. AI has immense benefits and is able to minimise mistakes by which shopping is made much comfortable than ever.
E-commerce is another opportunity for distributors to provide much easier, quicker and comfortable shopping experience.
As for the supply chain, the most important task for wholesalers is to invest in integration-friendly management systems, as they enable collecting precise data and making better decisions through them.
Brick-and-mortar stores have suffered immensely throughout the pandemic, so retailers are forced to provide new channels to customers. It has be an expectation towards wholesalers to become more dynamic by providing added value for their retail partners. //
