Nagyatád canning factory: no orders from East

In June, the production lines will be transpoted to the canning factory of Szigetvár from Nagyatád. The orders of the canning factory have declined, so only storage and packaging work phases will remain in Nagyatád. The company should dismiss eight administrators.

The cannery of Nagyatád was the largest employer of the city in the 80’s: more than one thousand people worked there, now their number is 81. 8 workers will surely be dismissed from the factory of Nagyatád, because the raw material processing will be moved to the factory of Szigetvár, from June 2011 – reports szabadfold.hu, after kapos.hu.
