Ascendis Health, listed on the South African Stock Exchange (JSE), has announced that it has agreed with the owners of Hungarian BiotechUSA to sell Scitec Nutrition, which is part of its portfolio.
In 2016, the health giant Ascendis Health bought the Hungarian-based food supplement company Scitec from the Polish investment company Enterprise Investors, the value of the transaction at that time for 170 million euros. (forbes.hu)
