Retailers who are open on Sundays reached high plus turnover
Retailers who are open on Sundays achieved a two hundred and fifty billion HUF plus turnover in the past one year, after the mandatory Sunday rest day has been introduced.
The daily spendings of the families in the past few months were an average of 3.2 billion HUF higher, compared to the period before the Sunday store closure, while consumption increased by a weekly average of 22.3 billion HUF – wrote Magyar Idők, on the basis of the latest online cash register data.
