Márton Nagy: inflation will be single digits by the end of the year
According to expectations, inflation will decrease from next month and will be in single digits by the end of the year, the Minister of Economic Development said on the government’s Facebook page on Friday.
Márton Nagy explained: the government’s fight against price increases has already started for a long time, but the results of this will only be visible now.
The war and the failed Brussels sanctions “shoved” inflation, the government is fighting in cooperation with the central bank to bring it down, he said.
