Nagy István: Digital Agriculture Strategy means a change of era in agriculture
The development of Hungary’s Digital Agricultural Strategy (DAS) will mark a turning point, and the measures contained therein will promote the digitalisation of Hungarian agriculture and increase its competitiveness – Minister Nagy István stressed at a press conference in Budapest on Tuesday.
The Hungarian food industry has a production potential that is 60 percent higher than currently. The modernization of agriculture and the digitalisation of agriculture serve the purpose of enabling Hungary to make better use of the potential of food production by organizing processes more efficiently and increasing its processing capacity.
