Nagy István: fish consumption is constantly increasing
He emphasized that the growth of fish consumption also has an economic role, providing a market for Hungarian fish producers. He added that the Ministry of Agriculture is working to further increase the annual fish consumption per capita and to increase the proportion of Hungarian fish on the table, because currently 81% of the domestic fish consumption comes from imports.
