Nagy István: we need to keep the level of EU agricultural subsidies
In order to maintain the current level of subsidies, the right framework and simple conditions are needed in the European Union’s agricultural policy – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said on Tuesday, in Brussels.
At the Council of the EU Member State’s Ministers, the minister stressed the need for ambitious budgets, good policy decisions, and simple rules to be implemented in practice, so that the new Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) will serve the needs of European citizens and farmers. (MTI)
