The President of the Catering Association expects a lot of traffic on the terraces
According to the president of the Hungarian Catering Industry Association, after the terrace openings in case of good weather, a lot of traffic will be expected in the reopened restaurants.
Kovács László told M1 news channel that after 3.5 million people vaccinated, the terraces of the restaurants can be reopened and the government will also release the terrace fee.
He emphasized that after a shutdown of about six months, it is now the responsibility of the caterers to inventory, scrap and refill the stock, replenish the staff and carry out a thorough cleaning and disinfection. (MTI)
