Dairy farmers are in big trouble
The Hungarian producers give the milk to the processors for a 75 fHUF per liter price that is below the cost price.
Harcz Zoltán, executive director of the Dairy Interprofessional Organization and Marketing Board told that because of the abolition of the EU milk quota and due to the Russian embargo an oversupply occured in the market, of which the decision-makers have not calculated previously – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
