Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft.: Significant Growth Amid Challenges
In 2023, Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft., a member of the Nagisz Group, achieved significant growth both in revenue and profitability. The company’s net revenue increased to approximately HUF 20.6 billion, a 23% increase from the previous year, and pre-tax profits nearly tripled to HUF 1.19 billion.
This success is attributed to volume growth in dairy, meat, and frozen food divisions, along with improved manufacturing efficiency, which is particularly notable given the market downturn. In dairy, the company strengthened its position in the yogurt market, particularly with natural and layered yogurts, alongside maintaining its market position with traditional products like curd. In the meat division, the company successfully retained its market share with products like grilled sausages and liver. Demand for their frozen products reached production capacity.
The company has ambitious plans, including the construction of a new, automated frozen food plant with an annual capacity of over 10,000 tons. This facility will not only facilitate international market expansion but also emphasize sustainability with solar-powered energy and an upgraded wastewater treatment system.
This development indicates Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft.’s commitment to strengthening its market position and contributing to environmental goals. The new plant is expected to begin operations in early 2026, opening further growth opportunities for the company.
