MVI conference 2026

As part of the programme of the Sirha Budapest 2026 trade fair, the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) will organise a conference, with the following topics planned: alternatives to single-use plastic cups, the state of play in vocational training, reducing the administrative burden in the sector, and an overview of the restaurant landscape (interactive roundtable). //
