New solutions are coming in the strategy of domestic companies
While the digital development of the economy and society is now in a critical place among the factors affecting the competitiveness of countries, our country usually only looks at the vanguard in the European rankings from behind: based on the 2022 DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index) indicator, Hungary is among the 27 EU member states it ranks only 22nd.
It would therefore be crucial for Hungarian companies to switch to top speed in the field of digitization, but involving the necessary expertise remains a great challenge. According to the latest industry estimates, there will be a labor shortage of 26,000 people in the IT sector within two years, which will now be further aggravated by the tightening of tax-evading businesses. How can domestic companies react to this and what new trends can help in the implementation of time- and cost-saving developments? According to Stylers, it will be necessary to adapt new technologies, make more efficient use of junior-senior working hours and hire complete teams.
