MT Zrt .: Hungary is becoming a more and more popular among Israeli travelers
Hungary is becoming a more and more popular destination among Israeli travelers: in the first 11 months of 2015 they spent more than 256 thousand guest nights at commercial accommodations in Hungary, which is nearly 10 more than in the same period of the previous year – the Hungarian Tourism (MT) Plc. told MTI on Tuesday.
They point out that the travelling mood of the Israelis is increasing for many years: in 2000 3.5 million, in 2011 nearly 4.5 million in 2013 almost 5 million travels were recorded by the Israeli statistical office. With the increase in the number of trips the amount of tourist spendings also continues to rise: in 2013 amounted to approximately 6 million USD. (MTI)
