The essence of the innovation is the technology used for processing milk, the so called ESL technology, where fresh milk from the Alps passes through hot steam for a few seconds and is filled in boxes without coming into contact with metal. This way, not only the nutrients and vitamins in fresh milk are retained, but also the flavour of milk from the Alps.
