Vodafone and Visa agreed over mobile payment
The Vodafone and the Visa announced the creation of a global cooperation agreement, in which the costumers can pay for products and services from their mobile instead of cash.
The two companies develop a joint Vodafone bid that can be used by Vodafone's 398 million customers in five continents in over 30 countries building on Visa’s premier payment network product range and brand name. The collaboration – which is the largest-ever cooperation between a global co-payment system and a mobile operator – will combine the global presence of the two companies. (Világgazdaság Online)
