Mobile payment on Android too
Google has announced the launch of its own mobile payment system. Android Pay can be used when buying online or in a physical store. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card data need to be provided to the app in advance and when paying, it is enough to hold the smartphone close to the terminal. Unlike Apple Pay, Android Pay works with the loyalty programmes of different retail chains. The service is first launched in the USA.
