MNB director: inflation peaks in the autumn months

Inflation could peak well above 10 percent in fall
Inflation is peaking higher and more persistently than previously expected, with cost-side factors and inflation rates rising further since the previous Inflation Report – Baksay Gergely explained that the Central Bank had raised its inflation forecast to 11.0-12.6 per cent this year. in its latest Inflation Report from the 7.5-9.8 percent expectation in the March report.
