MNB: Households’ assets increased by 524 billion forints in the third quarter
Net financial savings of households (financing capability) amounted to 524 billion forints in the third quarter, which is 4.9 percent of the quarterly GDP, while in the year until September reached 2514 billion forints, 6.2 percent of GDP, according to the data of the Hungarian National Bank published on Monday.
Households’ financial savings increased by 610 billion forints due to transactions, while borrowing amounted to 86 billion forints in the third quarter. (MTI)
