MMSZ HoReCa and Event Division – marketing webshop
The HoReCa and Event section of the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) held a self-marketing communication workshop at the METRO Gastro Academy on March 29. At the event, Zsuzsanna Hermann, managing director of Trade Magazin and vice president of the department, presented the details of this year’s Horeca Heroes competition to the more than 50 participants present.
After the introduction of László Hovánszky, the honorary president of the department, Rudolf Semsei, the owner of the Budapesti Party Service and VakVarjú restaurants, the vice-president of the MVI gave a presentation on how to turn a restaurant brand into a love brand, presenting some details of their own practice.
Ákos Bősze, METRO’s business development manager, illustrated his point with musical parallels, analyzed the current HoReCa trends through the eyes of a professional gastronomy expert, and then Gianni Annoni, the popular Italian chef and restaurant owner, described the problems related to the supply of the profession with a lot of Hungarian experience and a Mediterranean temperament.
