MLBKT: slower growth in November
The seasonally adjusted November value of the Purchasing Manager Index (PMI) was 53.5, ie respondents reported more favorable processes than in the previous month, but the pace slowed down. The November index is lower than the October level of 57.1 and the eleventh highest since November 1995 – the Hungarian Logistics Purchasing and Inventory Company (MLBKT) told MTI.
Overall November was a below than average month in the previous years, the long-term average since 1995 was 52.5. Over the past three years, the average for November, was a bit higher 56.8, but this year’s value has been above the average. (MTI)
