MLBKT: the purchasing manager index has increased
The seasonally adjusted February value of the Purchasing Manager Index (PMI) was 55.7 points after the 54.7 points of January. According to the results, the Hungarian Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Company (MTPL) reported on the more favorable processes, compared to the previous month – MTI wrote.
Last year, the trend was positive and this will continue in early 2019. The pace has strengthened somewhat and it is close to last February. The February 2019 index is the fifth highest February value since 1995. (MTI)
