What crisis can be good for
Crisis is a bad thing but also holds some possibilities. Probably the most important of such possibilities lie in human resources. This is when our commitment, team spirit and ability to adapt is put to the test. Under circumstances like the current ones, we are forced to make an extra effort, to improve co-operation with our colleagues and to form a more motivated team, which can be more successful in the long run. We can also make decisions which would be harder to get accepted in different times. Organisations which survive a crisis become stronger and this will translate into better results in the future.
