Quality, innovation and service led Nespresso to achieve its 2012 results
Nespresso closed a good year. The company achieved a double-digit growth in 2012. The company has consolidated its position in the European markets and expanded in the strategically important Asian, Pacific and American regions.
The growth was driven by high-quality coffee, personalized services and the strong innovation-focused approach. 2012 was hallmarked by five new limited-edition Grand Cru coffee specialties and two cutting-edge equipments and the introduction of new services offered to the Nespresso Club Members.
