According to the Wall Street Journal; Tesco supports the introduction of minimum alcohol prices in the cases of beer, wine and other alcoholic beverage. The specific government plans are not yet known. Health experts say that the cheap supermarket alcohol, the irresponsible promotion, and the longer opening hours of the pubs, all contributed to the alcohol problems of the society in Britain – reports Portfolio.hu.
